Milepost 5 Studios/rentals
Milepost 5 Studios is the second phase of Milepost 5.
Milepost 5, Phase II, The Studios, is currently in planning stages. (as of January 2008). Work is projected to begin in the spring of '08 and be complete around the end of the year. While we are happy to take your information and get back to you when more information is available, we do not yet know exact unit prices, sizes, quantities, or other specifications -- and we are not yet taking reservations for these units. Interest has been very high so if you want to be in the first round of artists to have access to reserve your studio or live/work rental, please fill out an interest form.
- Classic architecture in 1915 renovated building
- Up to 69 Residential rental units, size and rents TBD
- Up to 9,000 square feet of commercial space that may include:
- Gallery/exhibition space/event space
- Restaurant space with off-street parking
- Performance space, seating 100-120
- Rental work studios
- Conference/community spaces
- Projected to be completed early '09, commercial inquiries ongoing, pre-leasing early ‘08
