To formally apply to purchase a unit in Milepost 5, you'll need to submit an Applicaiton of Seriousness.

Before you apply, you'll need to have filed out an interest form, attended a Milepost 5 orientation, taken a homebuying class and met with a lender. Check out the Steps to Purchase for more info.

The application packet consists of three items:

• The Application of Seriousness
• A copy of the Resident Selection Policy that details all the information we're looking for in a resident
• A Non-binding Reservation Agreement to let us know what your unit preferences are and if you're interested in extra storage or off-street parking
