The Lofts

The Lofts Building is the first phase that is finished on the campus. Residents began moving in July 2008. 54 Live/work condominiums designed for the professional artist or creative. The Lofts have open floor plans, 11 and 12 foot ceilings, and walls of windows, with units ranging in price from $99,995 to $274,995. Grants available to creatives and to first time home buyers.
