The Studios

The Studios include plans for more than 100 live/work, affordable rental spaces in a historic building. The visioning for the first floor Commons consists of commercial gallery space for residents to show and sell their work, a non-profit gallery for site specific work, and event space for music, performance art, film, lectures and educational programming. Space is also being developed to accommodate a café and restaurant, small boutiques, retail and arts based non-profits. The Studios building will also be home to a community workshop for light woodworking, metal working and ceramics.

  • Classic architecture in 1915 renovated building
  • Up to 69 Residential rental units, size and rents TBD
  • Up to 9,000 square feet of commercial space that may include:
    • Gallery/exhibition space/event space
    • Restaurant space with off-street parking
    • Performance space, seating 100-120
    • Rental work studios
    • Conference/community spaces
    • Projected to be completed '09, commercial inquiries ongoing, pre-leasing now.
